Jokowi: Tambora Flat Resembles Expensive Apartement

Jakarta Governor, Joko Widodo, visited the Tambora Rental Modest Flat (Rusunawa) on Jalan Raya Angke, Tambora, West Jakarta, Friday (5/16). The Jokowi arrival was to see the construction in location.

Rusunawa Tambora is the first using lift flat belongs to Jakarta Provincial Government. "This is the first flat using lift, if people can adapt with the high flat, all will be made high," said Jokowi in Tambora, West Jakarta after reviewing the flat, Friday (5/16).

This former Mayor of Surakarta confirmed that in the construction flat, which will have 16 floors with 514 rooms, will be completed in the short time. "It is working day and night, the work will be accelerated, September will be finished," Jokowi stated.

Many STIP Students Occupied Rusunawa Flat

Despite its low rental price, the security in the flat is guaranteed to resemble the luxury apartment class.

"The rental is not expensive, because it is one of the Jakarta government services to the residents," Jokowi uttered.
